Shipping rates and Delivery

Tax free prices are offered for all destinations outside of the European Union.

 

Shipping rates

The shipping rates are based on weight, destination and include packaging.
The total amount to pay including shipping charges will be shown before you enter your payment details and confirming your order.

Please find below delivery rates for all destinations Filter-Outlet delivers to:

 

France

France (including Corsica), Andorra* and Monaco

* Delivered in 4 days for shipments to Andorra.

Europe 1:

Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain

Europe 2:

Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland (additional 6 EUR for postage)and United Kingdom*

* Pricing in GBP will be displayed on the Filter-Outlet checkout page. Should you wish to pay in Euros, please select Ireland as the destination on the Filter-Outlet checkout page. Then enter the UK when PayPal requests your payment details and delivery address.

Europe 3 & Maghreb (North Africa):

Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Maghreb, Malta,

Delivery to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to customs charges, over which we have no control, and which must be borne by the recipient of the order.

If your country does not appear above, please contact us by email to request a price for shipping to your country.

 

Delivery

Orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day; otherwise all other orders will be shipped the next business day.

Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

All goods purchased at Filter-Outlet.eu will be shipped by standard post with online tracking provided by La Poste Colissimo (French Postal Service).

The Colissimo Postal Service estimates that packages are delivered in 48 hours (2 business days) to any address in France & Monaco, and 4 - 10 business days in Europe & Overseas after dispatched (Colissimo does not operate on Sundays or Bank Holidays). This is an estimate and is not a guarantee of delivery during that timeframe. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that the delivery address used is complete and correct, and that someone is available to receive the order. If no-one is available when a delivery attempt is made retrieval of the goods will become your responsibility.

Filter-Outlet will notify you by email when your order has been shipped together with a link and online tracking number to follow your progress of your order online. In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a new shipping date.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your package to appear in the postal online tracking system.
